We aspired to create a unique way that would connect us over shared waters. Our mission is to sustain and acknowledge the heartfelt and inspiring stories of our customers, whether celebrating a milestone, starting a new endeavor, fighting an illness, suffering a loss or any other reason for a dedication. We found that connecting all of us in this way could keep us motivated, help us heal and most of all, contribute to what is becoming the biggest love story on our world’s waters.
A dedication means you are able to select and customize a special water location via our map. This includes the ocean or any other recognized body of water that offers meaning to someone or something special that has touched your life. Visit the details of the Dedication Package here.
Our Legacy Package is offered through subscription and means you are able to select a water location via our map that becomes exclusive to you. Once you purchase a Legacy Package, that location is not available to anyone else. Your monthly subscription fee keeps this location exclusive. Yes! Although our namesake and the very beginnings of our company revolved around our beautiful oceans, we have expanded to include all recognized bodies of water.
Our service is intended for selecting specific water locations. Although our map allows map markers to be placed on land, we only accept and acknowledge map markers that are placed on water. If you have any questions please reach out through our Contact Us page.

When you select a parcel of ocean, or any waterway, either through our dedication or legacy package, the latitude and longitude coordinates are securely registered in the Ocean Registry’s database.
After you gift or receive a parcel of water, and once we enable ID search capabilities, you can view a registered location on our interactive map by entering the Unique ID in the search box.
